What a powerful story from Ann. So sad how her doctors treated her though 🙁 glad she found her own way! Thank you so much, this was such a wonderful conversation <3
Great conversation women!! Congratulations Ann on your choice of natural cancer treatments and success! I wish I had caught this live, as I have many questions. Dealing with same. Yes! Thank you for Normalizing questioning ALL invasive procedures!!
I am a lifetime food addict. I try not to talk about it with people who don't understand, so thank you for being a place to be able to hear people talk about this. I don't like a lot of fragrances, and even the so called free and clear have some fragrances, sometimes. If I try one, and it works, I continue to use it. Now I'm learning that it's not just the smell, but the smell tells me it's not for me. For most of my life, I had Chronic Bronchitis, and Spastic Colon. I still get the symptoms if I am around the particles, and smell in the air, or eat something that triggers them or other issues I've had. One of the main things I do for myself is to eat a whole food plants only diet… no oil, avoid salt, and sugar. I'm always better if I don't use commercially processed foods, and even eating whole foods as closely to their natural whole form, seems to be the best. I am old, and have been tetermined to see these things go. Finally, I am not getting the symptoms I used to get, which were deadly. Thank you for bringing us these knowlegeable guests. As I tie these issues together, I get more and more committed to doing what works. There's a time to question the plan doctors offer.
Chef AJ, I love me a great story about someone's deep dive into self advocacy as it pertains to health. I love me a great story of a strong, passionate woman not taking any crap as it pertains to her personal journey. I know what it's like to dive, head – in first, against the views of others, especially those of the allopathic community who do nothing but scold and make sure they put the fear of g-d into you, trying to remove reason from the conversation. They want us to feel like victims. I love Ann Fonfa's attitude. Do what you must instead of being dictated to by others as to what you should do regarding self-care. Ann Fonfa created her own protocol. I did the same. Many people who live this lifestyle do the same. Do not be fearful. There are many options out there. Ann is the model of dignity and grace under fire…she stands tall. This was one of the best episodes of Chef AJ Live I have ever seen. Brava Chef AJ, Ann Fonfa and the amazing Dr. Joan Ifland! 💟💟💟🙏🙏💪💪💪🙏

Chef AJ what are the couples names that do the potluck jar swapping within their community. I think they live in Plano TX. She had breast cancer.
Two great guests. Lots of valuable information here. Thank you AJ. You hit another home run!
