    Please let me know before you make a comment about Steve and knives before you make the comment. I just about spewed good whiskey across my patio. 😉
    Steve always like those knives that he got as a "free with a purchase" of something else. (I mean that in a good way.). These videos always cracked me up because he never used a good knife for cutting. It was always a small steak knife for cutting up the meat. 😉

    That looked very good. I have a skirt steak in the freezer that I been wanting to use for Fajitas. I like your method or making your custom Fajita Seasoning. Equal amounts of each ingredient. Easier to adjust next time you make if you want to tone down or increase an ingredient. Happy Birthday Miss Sheila.

I’m using a street taco sauce that is low in carbs and should be good. I’ve made it before and probably the best tasting meatloaf ever. Love watching your channel.
