    Great timing here CJ as me and the mrs were just conversing the other day about making our homemade burrito suizo using flank steak!! Role up a nice size tortilla with all the fixins and this steak,then butter and air fry it all. Maybe a chimichanga even. You are so inspiring brother with these ninja cooks.     Just watching you cook those great dishes and so easy to do with that ninja grill, I decided to gift myself the foodi grill pro for Christmas and even though it's a Christmas present I opened it as soon it arrived, my first try was a pork roast and it came out perfect ,compliments all around, keep those recipes coming, I've been nominated the official griller of the house.

    hey man. if i wanted to roast potatoes in the regular ninja foodi 5 in 1 and also make a steak. should i roast the potatoes first then do the steak, or do the steak first let it rest and make the roasted potatoes

    That's medium. Did you temp the meat after the resting period? I'd guess that it would be around 140-145. I find that carryover typically goes up 20 degrees after a 5 minute rest. If you want medium rare you should cook to about 100-105. I do that and it always comes out perfect.
