Thank you lovely meals , only I would have to fry the mushrooms first myself as I find them a bit slimy if I put them straight into the meal but that's just me ,many thanks I shall have a go at some of them xx

This is great to take my mind of things. We've just lost a colleague to this dreaded virus. I still have kids to look after and have to work full-time from home. So videos like this help.

Kerrry , out of interest for the Carbonara, why do you remove the egg whites, I’ve never done this and am presuming I’m meant to, but just wondering why this is? Thank you xx

Some lovely meals there hun! The first meal you did is the way I’ve made our carbonara for years. All 3 of my boys love it and it helps to fill them up! 😂😂 Hope you’re all doing well? It’s my first day of homeschooling today and I’m so excited! I’m in my element 😂 I’ve written a ‘schedule’ that means they can get in their learning but also some life skills, family time – board games, baking and cooking together and walking the dogs before I loose
them to their god, which is, Xbox/ PS4 😆 take care lovely xxxxx

Great ideas Kerry. I’ve just got an electric pressure cooker, a pressure king pro, I love it cooks so many meals super quick, but can be used as a slow cooker too 👍xx

    Great recipes Kerry 👍

The spicy fajita mix is great for making spicy new baby potatoes too…..just boil the potatoes, drain, little bit of oil drizzled over them & sprinkle spice mix over them. It will stick to the oil, then you can either fry them for few mins, or whack them in the oven until they are a bit crispy… lovely as a BBQ side dish xx
