Hi Sweet Friends, Today I am making Fish Bone Broth which can be ready in 45 minutes. It's rich in protein but even better – it's rich in iodine to support thyroid health. And the good news is that is costs only $10 to make over a gallon of broth! Love, Mary

I'm going to make a bone broth (probably in a crockpot), I'm going to let it go for 48 hours, after I will put it all in a blender and then pour into trays to freeze. I'm going to use crab shells, chicken bones, and vegetable scraps, but I also want to add shrimp, but I heard long cook times will increase histamines, when would you reccomend I add the shrimp? All of it will be blended and frozen, then added to a bottle of water to drink, I don't throw out any of the ingredients or filter the fat.

I'm a salt water fishing enthusiasts like twice a week during the season I save the skins from fillets and add it when I make my broth as it also contains loads of collagen I also put a shallow steamer/strainer on top to make it easier to remove the "foam"
