New sub. I have never been to Costco. Hoping we get one in our area soon. Closest one is 1.5 hours away. Make sure you read the labels on those cauliflower pizzas. Most of them have rice flour and are high carb.

The tortillas and almond flour crackers are sadly not low carb at all. You really can’t beat costco prices compared to grocery stores. The granola is good!

For me I avoid anything labeled “keto” because I stay away from sugar substitutes, grains, starches. I think we can be fooled into thinking they are healthy. No judgement here, we all need to do what works for us.
I'm obsessed with the "Healthy Noodles" I use them for all my noodles recipes its waaaaayyy better that any other Keto friendly noodles out there!!!!
