This is an ‘upgraded’ kit and eventually all of our kits will move to this upgrade. It will take some time as recharting is required for existing designs. But the ‘fully upgraded’ kits feature the following:
Tightened grid
Yellow symbols instead of white to avoid ink bleed.
Thicker cover sheet
Short link canvas
New sticker sheet
The yellow wasn’t specifically chosen for dyslexia, but we know colours help with lots of vision impairments.

I’ve only used washi on the clear cover sheet a few times, but I much prefer using the white cover squares, especially when there is a lot of confetti. I miss too many symbols otherwise. This is going to be a lovely painting.
