    Hello. Chef Jeff……
I cook a mean vegan chili. I fry the vegan meat in homemade chili oil. I add cumin coriander Mexican oregano hot paprika white pepper salt diced red onion and chopped seeded green red and yellow bell pepper. I use crushed tomatoes (salt-free)and low sodium veggie stock as a base. Sometimes I add black or dark red kidney beans. This is a favorite meal in my home.
    Never any leftovers……….😋🖤😀

Venison chili sounds so good. Deer used to come right up in our back yard in our garden when I was young. My father brought in alot of venison for us to eat. Had venison spaghetti and venison breakfast sausage. I loved the venison burgers and venison steaks. Never have I tried the chili. Something my mother really never fixed. Haven't had venison in years. But after watching you make that chili I will have to find some venison. That and rabbit I love. Could you please make some rabbit this year? Continue to keep stiring up your gifts for the Lord!! 🎁🎁

Hey Chef Jeffery! I never heard of venison meat. I always use lean ground meat. Also put beans in my chilli here in New Orleans. That meat looks meaty and delicious. I sure would like to taste some of that venison chilli, with a little cheese and sour cream on the top. Good job Chef Jeffery. Stay blessed. 🙏

I love Chili. But my husband (California is him😉), loves Chili🌶 with Pinto beans. I can’t eat Dry beans, so I’ll make a nice pot of Chili with beans for him and I never get to enjoy Chili – vicious cycle

Hi Chef Jeffrey I miss having venison, it’s been a while since I’ve had any. At one time I would go hunting with a friend and I what I liked the most in making was the hot sausage and the jerky. Delicious, I never did the chili and I must say your chili looks delicious and seasoned so well. Can’t wait to make your recipe. I can taste it now😄. Thanks for sharing this amazing chili recipe with us. And I’m with you even I’m not in Texas…. Don’t like the beans either. Peace and Love ❤️

Looks delicious!!! I know this hits just right🙌🏾 i’m a retired flight attendant now that we used to overnight in Texas and I was going to order some chili and they had sweet potato fries to go with it. I’m like where are the beans??! They looked at me and laughed I said you’re in Texas🤷🏾‍♀️
