Are you only tell stories about restaurants? Can you expand a little, such as why korean start to venture outside local dishes. Another, would household make and eat it at home. Do a little anthropology too.

I just wanted to throw out there that magic spoon flavors are okay the best for me surprisingly was the fruit loop variety. The peanut butter and chocolate were chewyier it seemed like the fruit loop kind seemed more Crunch or more toasted.
