    Don't worry to much about the Alternate Day fast. You have to be really focus to do it and STRESS can be very discouraging when doing this type of diet plan. I didn't make it my first time too. However you can do it and we cheer you on. We Team Slim Thick. Let's go

    Why don’t you just start
    With a 14: 10, 16:8 or 20:4 as opposed to jumping into alternate day fasting? I mean don’t you have to bulid up to those 24, 48 and 72 hour fasts? 🤔 I been doing 14:10 and 16:8 and to help me I eat half of an avocado seasoned with salt, lime juice pepper with grilled chicken breast and that keeps me fuller longer

    👋🏾 I totally understand the stress eating… Fasting has helped soo much with that!!! Especially days that I’m busy working 🙂 I would definitely say go OMAD for while first then transition to ADF. I did ADF for 3 weeks and I’m down 12 lbs. You got this !!!!! I’m rooting for you no matter what

    I love ❤️ that wine 🍷 lol This is the lowest point wine that I found doing weight watchers and still was able to lose weight It is good for when you are on keto as well very less sugar But taste so good and it will get you there trust me 8 oz glass for 3 points how about that lol

    I lost 70 pounds from eating Whole Foods. I ate breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks. I just made sure the food I ate was real and organic. If I ate something processed it needed to have few ingredients. I did this with hypothyroidism too! I love your videos and personality but it makes me sad seeing you do omad and fasting cause it’s definitely throwing your hormones off and making you want to eat more. I know this from personal experience. You can do it girl we’re all rooting for you!

    You must have known I stalked your page yesterday – like, "Where is my girl?!" – love your videos and your food ALWAYS looks incredible! – Edit: I used to get that breaded shrimp all the time and toss them with buffalo wing sauce – OMGeee – so good… & yes, dipped them in ranch, too – LOL! You're doing it right – never fully restrict yourself – that's when I binge, but if I give myself some wiggle room, I can maintain.
