I do WW on my own (fiancé has stomach issues and can’t eat most things I make) and my go to is a piece of protein (usually salmon or chicken) and roasted broccoli with some quinoa!

    I went through the same basic situation with my first marriage. After moving us 3000 miles away from my family, he was done. A couple of years later I met my husband. We are happily married and have a 3 year old daughter. At the time I was so beyond devastated. I thought life was over. Nope, it had just begun! 🙂 You rock!

    When cooking for one – I’ve been finding that I can freeze most of the meals and defrost the night before and warm them up at work – so I will put them in freezer quart size ziplock bags & take them out as crave them – so I don’t have to eat the same meal 5x a week

    I’m fairly new to weight watchers so I just want to thank you for sticking with your channel because it’s super helpful. I know what you’re going through is super difficult (I went through a similar thing) but it’s a new beginning. You get to focus on yourself and grow as an individual which is a great opportunity. You’re still so young and have a whole life ahead of you.
