Today we’re going a Filipino sinigang instant pot recipe! Yeah I know I’m not Filipino but I’m having too much fun with Filipino food and I’m learning so much!! And guess what!? Filipino Sinigang Recipe:
2 lbs Pork Belly
1 Medium Yellow Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Packet Tamarind Soup Mix
1 Eggplant (home grown optional) 😉
1 Taro Root
Chinese Long Bean
2 Jalepenos
2 Heads of Bok Choy
Salt & Pepper to taste

    Saw you on Babish's comments and decided to check your channel out. Great video! And I'm so happy you put in eggplant because not everybody does even here in the PH. Could I make some suggestions if you want to cook this again for yourself in the future? Try replacing the bok choy with water spinach, and then eat that baby on rice! And you gotta try to dap on some fish sauce with crushed red chili on that for a salty/spicy kick as a condiment. Really enjoy your content. Imma subscribe and check out your other stuff.
