Didn't have palm sugar so substituted with brown sugar and used rice vinegar instead of cain vinegar. All worked out well, tasty for sure.

This is such a simple recipe, and it looks so good! I have my chicken marinating now. I can’t wait to cook it by the way I absolutely love love love the fact that you have the ingredient amounts in line with the instructions. I hardly see that anywhere else, but it’s such a useful feature. I really hope it catches on.
