I make stir-fry most Sunday Nights. It's the kind with meat and a bunch of different vegetables: broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, etc plus a spicy sauce.

I enjoyed this video. Thank you for the tip on freezing the left over fresh ginger! Can you please tell me what wood is your cutting board made of? Also, the different board for the raw meat? I use a different board for raw meat as well, just wondering what yours is made of. Also. your wok? It looks nice and heavy, what is it made of?

Though the lowest common denominator would be to cook using the most common equipment everyone has ( not everyone has an air fryer or a instapot ), still it was a great video! πŸ˜‰

Hi Flo- when you make ribs, do you do anything with the juices left in the pot after removing the meat? I always think it's such a waste of good flavor but can never think of what to do with it.

Yummy! I need to arm wrestle Dude for the Beef & Broccoli. I'll be right over! I will take off my shoes at the door, and promise not to step on the kitties. Wow, General Tso's and pork ribs, somebody pinch me! Thanks for showing your fans how to make our favorite take-out foods! I would like to learn how to make pork lo mein. What exactly is chow mein? My grandmother used to take us to Chinatown in Chicago in the 1950s. I think the restaurant served Cantonese food. We always ordered silver noodles, clear noodles with chunks of pork and a few vegetables. Does this sound familiar? I would love to learn how to make this recipe! My grandmother used to make a huge pot of it.
