This looks so good. I've tried the one with chicken and fideo and my daughter's loved it. I usually use a can of tomato sauce if I don't tomatoes or onion available. I would like to make this, but living alone, this is a bit too much for one person. I could probably use half of everything. Thank you for sharing you delicious easy recipes.

Okay, visually this is the best looking Fideo Loco I've seen on youtube by far. This looks totally amazing; I want to make it today but I never heard of epazote. I don't really buy cilantro because here in Ontario, Canada it's sold with the roots cut off so by the time I need it, it goes bad. Could I use ground coriander instead? Thanks for now and God Bless1
