    Doing an egg fast myself here, trying to get back on track after eating too many keto sweets! It woke up my sweet cravings so I figured the egg fast would knock them down again. I going to try the salts too, how many have you tried of redmonds? Good luck on your challenge.👍

    Hey Janet!! I'm starting this month with a 5-Day Egg Fast and I'm keeping my eating window small. My first meal around 2pm and my second meal, no later than 6:30pm.
    I'm really liking my evening cut-off as I tend to snack in the evening. Really enjoyed your "Give Back" video, your daughter is so dang cute with such a kind heart!!❤

    My February challenge I'm doing 30 min Bible study then 30 min strength training before anything else each day, and 10,000 steps. Food wise sticking w/ high protein & low carb. Got Goals!! 🤘🙏💜💥

    Hi Janet, I have my own Feb challenge which is to get back to PSMF. I took a 2 week break to do keto after doing PSMF every day for 3.5 months and now ready to get to maintenance after about another 2-3 month PSMF stint.
    I just wanted to let you know that today I applied your idea of taking PSMF bread and making cinnamon rolls. I have made them before with fat head dough and been disappointed. I cannot believe how good these were. Because I wanted fewest ingredients I used Ketogenic Woman BBBE PSMF bread recipe and applied your cinnamon roll recipe to it while also adding cream cheese icing and these were beyond words. This satisfied the treat desire I had and now ready to hit it hard again in Feb. Thank you!!!

    I was low on my Redmon salt, so I ordered it the other day and added the chef blend smoked salt. I went be doing the challenge due to my health restrictions, but I'll be watching and learning.

    I am not a fasting person, tried it but didn't like it. I will be staying keto with 1 or 2 days a week doing the PSMF but here to support. So Feb for me recover from the virus and stay on plan (eat keto) increase my walking and start to workout 3 days a week and track everything I that goes in to my mouth. Each Friday I will adjust as needed.
