We’ve added a lot of new viewers in the last year, so I thought it was time to re-introduce our little family, plus re-share some of our all-time favorite, go-to family …
Enjoyed the video! I’m excited to try your seasoning blend recipes since they aren’t heavy on salt. For medical reasons, we’ve had to transition to a low sodium diet…talk about a challenge!
My favorite tip from you is to turn off rice a little before it is done and let the steam finish the cooking. No more burnt bits stuck to the bottom of the pan!
This time of year I had 1/2 to 1 bag of cranberries chopped into my apple crisp recipe. This is really good! Charlotte
Loved the bloopers ❤️
Bingo found a couple ty ! All looked great! Also going to find couple bags for my freezer
Great video idea!
Dear Mindy, wish I had your channel years ago. Your meals are practical and affordable! Real life cooking for a family. As a professional chef cooking for my clients daily, the worst part of my day was coming home and having my family asking me ‘what’s for dinner’. Of course we had family meals every evening thanks to the help of Michael, my sweetie.
That’s why I love you guys the middle is my number one favorite show of all time talk about making a person laugh that family could
I enjoy seeing cost friendly meals on your channel.
Thanks for sharing these delicious and easy to make recipes.
HAHAHA…. It feels like EVERY item I want is the ONE thing on the shelf that's gone!
I'm starting to get PARANOID 😳
What is the size of the dutch over you always use? Please link it. I love all your ideas
Great video. Some quick and easy meals that look delicious. Beautiful family. You are a fine mother.
God bless all here.
I just loved this video!
Bloops 😆🤣😅
That orzo recipe looks great, I know my family will love it. I don't remember seeing it before. 😁👍
My taco seasoning is similar, but we don't have Corn starch in ours. I'm curious what you add that for.
Hmmm…..interesting bag trick for the freezer. 🤔
Mindy I really enjoy your videos so much! I am from the UK and you are such a sweet lady and i watch your videos when having a break from a stressful job and they always cheer me up 🙂
I love your videos! Thank you for sharing!
Love your channel!! I’m a college student who now adores cooking thanks to you!!
Your mother's recipe for apple crisp….wow this is the first time I have seen a recipe similar to my mother's. We could never replicate it because my mom didn't use measurements. She knew by the texture of the crisp mixture in her hand if it was correct. She always mixed it by using her hand. She also used nutmeg instead of cinnamon because she didn't like cinnamon and she always used Macintosh apples and she never put oatmeal in it. My mom passed away 13 years ago and neither my sister or I or any of our kids have been apple to replicate her apple crisp until just recently my oldest daughter played around with it until she got the texture just right. It had to be crispy with some crunchy bits on the top. Although my daughter was able to succeed at making my mom's apple crisp…in my heart my mom's apple crisp will never be duplicated.
Another video….another question about your shirt. 🙈 Is that leopard printing sleeved shirt from Walmart? If so, what brand is it if you don’t mind me asking!
Great video Mindy! I organize my freezer with bags also, it really makes it so much easier.
I'm looking for the name of what you're using to break up the meat at 2:54. Can you buy it anywhere?
You're so cute! Lol
The Outtakes at the end! The best!!! ❤️❤️❤️
cool
I’ve gotten so much inspiration from you. I find myself being much more conscientious of using up whatever I have in my fridge and pantry before shopping and letting myself get a little creative. Such a helpful channel. Thank you!
Great video, Mindy! I recently traded for an upright freezer but your chest freezer organization idea is great! I also like your homemade seasoning packets as you can control salt and flavor to your family's preferences.
I love how you keep open bags of veggies and stuff in the house freezer. One thing I do that I thought I’d share is when peppers, onions, carrots or whatever start to not look so fresh, I purée them in a food processor and then freeze to add to either homemade marinara sauce or any red pasta sauce. It’s a great way to use the veggies up and no one knows.
Ok 💯 definitely going to try that easy apple cobbler recipe.🍎🥧 Thanks! 😃
Our family loves that chicken chili recipe.
I enjoy the simplicity of your recipes, easy, limited ingredients that most cooks have on hand. Thanks & congratulations on the success of your channel.
Thank you mindy I have learned so much from you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I printed both the orzo and the cheesy sausage pasta recipe from the links but I don't see the apple crisp/crunch one? I mean it's simple enough, I can write it down but I like a printed version like the meal recipes linked to if available. Maybe others would too. Whether I come back and rewatch to write it down is debatable with how things go with me lol.
GREAT video though.
Happy you enjoyed the recipe 🙂
Great tip with the freezer bags! Enjoyed todays video! Thanks for sharing!
Love these meals. Give us more please!! Love the freezer bag idea.
I’m a new subscriber & I’m so happy that you’re doing a favorites video! Also, can you please tell me where you bought those reusable bags that you use in your freezer? That’s such a clever idea!! Thanks Mindy!
Love the bloopers! 😂😂
I love the pantry meals. (I tend to cook like that a lot – because I don’t love grocery shopping). And your emergency meals. Really good ideas for either an emergency or to give away for someone else’s emergency.
I like your recipes. So practical. Thanks
That apple crisp looks amazing ! Might have to make that one for Thanksgiving ! Love the outtakes! Thanks for sharing your delicious family meals !
Yummy 😋
I love the way you cook. Even the pickiest eaters can eat your food.
Love your content always informative and fun. How do you spell your son’s name. I want to make sure I am hearing it correctly!
