Just stating for the people that do not know and aren't struggling financially ( if you can't afford it then I understand you just do what you can)

Real Healthy fat is not bad for you!
    It's a necessity in our body's function.

"Fat" does not make you fat…
Avoid seed oils and heavily processed items.
    Example: Make your own Mayo.

Use real sources of fat for foods like grass fed butter.

If we are using "low fat" or modified items when you're trying to lose weight long term it's counter productive. You need the fats to keep you feeling full longer and slow down the digestion over the entire day.

Absolutely love!!! Thank you!!! I have started using Greek yogurt as a replacement in my tuna/chicken salad. I love the added protein and fewer calories πŸ‘ paired with relish and a lil lemon juice you can’t tell a difference 😊

Your simplicity is refreshing. This is where I am at in my life. Simple healthy food. Nothing wrong with a homemade treat and if you want it to be healthy, use Greek yogurt for the added protein benefit. It will still taste good I think….😊
