Let me know down below how you all are doing!! Hope you all are doing well! I've definitely missed you all. 🤗💕 I really wanted to focus on completing this meal prep in the shortest amount of TIME as possible and also with the least amount of unusual ingredients, to show that meal prep doesn't have to be lengthy or complicated. But I hope that you can see in the PDF guide there are still quite a few different ways to use everything together! I will also be showing the meal ideas in better detail in the vid next week. 🥳🥳 (Also… 0:21 is why I will never be an actress 😂😂😂)

Wow! What a Fall bounty! I love that you put together a free meal plan with all of those foods you prepped. That is so helpful. It does seem like quite a bit of work to make all that food, but if you have a busy week, you will be all set to grab and go.

Hey Maddie 🥰 thanks so much for sharing this video. Glad to see you 💞
Meal prep can be so overwhelming, this video is GOLD!!! No pressure but perhaps you could do spring, summer and winter inspired meal preps when it rolls around. It must take a lot of time to put together so much appreciated. I just spent the morning chopping veg for air fryer portions….too hot for the oven…doing the 50/50 plate as we head into warmer weather to try and get a beach bod 🤣🤣🤣 emphasis on the try! It's 31 degrees here today so I may have left it a little late 🌞😂

Whoa! Thanks for the meal plan! It looks great! I like that everything is fairly simple but looks really tasty. I usually do my beets in the Instant Pot also, on high for 20 minutes. Let them cool and they are easy to peel.
