I love these budget videos it does show that you can eat still on a budget you just have to take the time to meal plan, meal prep if you can to make cooking meals easier on the busy days. I started doing tacos on Tuesday Thursday is pasta either meat spaghetti or Alfredo I alternate weeks then one night we do hamburgers or hotdogs and we alternate weeks on that and then one night a week we do like a Sunday supper either a roast, whole chicken, ham or meat loaf and that usually has leftovers and pasta night does too if we end up with enough leftovers for 3 days then we eat leftovers and if we don't we either do fried rice, Ramen noodles or fix your own night it has worked out pretty well and now that my kids are all back in school they get free lunch and breakfast so they just take snacks and drinks I have 3 kids and they are all in high school and they eat lots of snacks that's where my food budget gets used more.

We have our chili with rice, it helps cut the spicyness for little ones. I also like to add any leftover veggies, beans, etc to it because the chili flavor disguises them. 😁

Wow! I’m so impressed with your meals! You really worked with what you had. I love egg roll-in-a-bowl. My husband loves it with cooked ramen noodles (no seasoning packet) mixed in. It will almost double the recipe to feed more. Your pineapple & carrot fried rice looked amazing! Definitely going to try it!

Good morning, I saw your video post late last night but I had to get some sleep, LOL. Just finished watching it and now I'm hungry for your chili! Two questions for you. What state are you in? And are you able to stock up?

Summer means fresh tomatoes and I take as many as I’m offered! When I’m really lucky I’ll end up with a zucchini and I can make delicious relish. That’s a really excellent haul and a ton of food for very little money, good job! Everything looks delicious

I just love your videos because you cook like I do. Waste not want not. I cook for my family with what I have and what is cheap or on sale. Mostly “ no budget “ use what we have and get creative with pantry staples. Thank you 🙏🏻. Great video and looking forward to the next video. 😊
