One thing I wanted to say even though I really enjoyed your video and I love your lovely family but you are preparing food with your children feet are on the counter. I don’t know if you have pets or if they run in and out but please be very careful of that!
One of the things I love about what you've done here is that you don't have oversized portions! As Americans we're so used to that excess and yet big portions translate to more dollars spent and thicker waistlines. I love that these meals are frugal, healthy, and a reasonable size. Keep up the good work!

I love that you used all the ingredients to their fullest! I keep an old ice-cream tub in the freezer and add veg trimmings for broth. Also – good to see a budget challenge that doesn't use lots of packets as so often we don't get them in the UK! Thanks for the ideas 😊
Next time make a cinnamon and sugar bread😉 spices dont count against your budget!
