Milk 150 ml
Salt and white pepper
Nutmeg powder a pinch

1.5 tbsp butter
1.5 tbsp flour
hot chicken stock 1 cup

garlic – 3 cloves chopped
onion – 1/2 chopped
tomatoes – 4
oregano
basil
thyme
chilli flakes
salt and pepper
Espagnole Sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 chopped
onion – 1 chopped
carrot 1 chopped
celery 1 chopped
bay leaf 1
All purpose flour – 1 tbsp
tomato puree – 1/4 cup
salt to taste
pepper to taste
