    The last part hit me hard. Imagine going to the grave, without ever trying a raw vegan diet for a period of time, just to see and feel the difference. When done right! It is the best way of eating and it is sad to see, that vegans tend to look at rS veganism the same say- meat eaters tend to look at vegans

    I like Chef AJ interviews raw vegan speakers as well as cooked WFPB vegan speakers. I have trouble losing my last 10 pounds and Dr. Lisle said to try raw vegan food. So I am eating only fruits, raw veggies, sprouted buckwheat and quinoa now. I do 1 hour of yoga and 1 hour cardio a day. I will update the results in 30 days. Thanks

    Interesting about the runners. I've noticed that the best runners are usually older. Its the guys who have been doing it forever and know their bodies.

    I went to school to be a Raw Vegan Chef 10 years ago.
    Unfortunately, I got injured shortly there after and I never pursued the “Raw” Vegan lifestyle.
    I do aspire to be Raw!
    I am Vegan for 12 years. The last several years, buying processed Vegan food. I have been doing 16-18 hr fasting. I LOVE it!!
    Hearing you speak about how good you feel being raw, I feel that by my daily fasting. My stomach feels better, my mind feels better, my energy feels better, my body feels better.
    It has been amazing.
    I lost weight.
    I have 2 meals a day and NEVER have a snack.
    I never feel hungry.
    I enjoy my big baby green salads always topped with goodies!!
    (Potatoes, rice, quinoa, corn, legumes, veggies, beans…)
    I am looking forward to going more raw! ✅👍😘🇮🇹

    Very interesting. Sounds an amazing interesting man. I have to admit that although I admire his determination and commitment and even the logic behind it, I could not do that. So nice to be able to cook beautiful meals and with this philosophy, it will be very difficult for me to do it.

    How cool! I also went vegan (on my own) at 14 and I’m 46 now. Started off low-fat Starch based (not planned, It’s just what I ate) then at age 30 I started to eat raw vegan low fat. The raw vegan was “planned” – to improve my health and it did! I also eat like his wife – small things during the day with a large dinner. I wonder what’s changed for since cutting out the snacks.

    I also found his experience of teaching to be inspiring . I’m sure anyone would love to feel that way going to work each day 😍
