You thought of everything! Everything looks good! I would love to see your spin on (if you choose to accept this assignment) a snack we in my family call 'chili dip'. It really simple and includes slathering a package of Philly Cream Cheese along the bottom of a dish, spreading a can of chili on top, smother with cheddar cheese and microwave until the cheese melts. It never seems to be enough but I'd love to see it leveled up, if only for kicks and giggles. I'm loving your dishes. Thanks.
