Joe, both you and Rachel ARE weird, but in a good way! About Bleu Cheese dressing, in a restaurant I ask for an additional small bowl & mix it 1:1 with water. Thinned out version goes further on wings or salad. Yum 😋

Hey guys! I love how you have been showing so many new cooking methods for us. I have made pork loin only in the pressure cooker so far. For the full pork loin, not tenderloin, this is one that you could also slice into thick cut boneless porkchop right? Love you guys💓

Thanks for teaching us more ways to cook ALL the meats so we can have some variety in this journey. I am like Rachel and don’t make pork loins my first choice because of dryness. Same thing for chicken breast.

Where are the lovely meat juices? I would so use that as a dipping sauce with a bit of whole grain mustard added to it or add tara gum and thicken it. Looked really good though. We use Schweinbraten seasoning and serve it with sauerkraut or red cabbage. You are both looking great.
