Mmmm Good! I substituted radishes for the potatoes to make it low carb. I didn't have the canned green beans so I threw in a bag of frozen along with some stock for the liquid. Loved it!
Here in southwestern Wisconsin we have had 8 inches of snow so far!! Only a very small amount is still on the ground now but today the temp is only 26 degrees. I'm not ready for cold and snow!! This meal would really warm me up right now! Thanks for sharing!!
