I will definitely be trying this recipe. I bought your clay pot over a year ago and I love it, although I sadly broke the lid. I wish the lid could be sold separately for replacement (My arthritis makes me quite clumsy, unfortunately). I also bought two boxes of chopsticks and your carbon steel wok — love all. Your knives are on my birthday wish list. Love your recipes and I have learned so much from you. I'm so happy that I found your channel.
