    You make scramble eggs like I do but add no fat to pan, I see your back to cast iron, do you prefer them? I had to give them up do to weight of pan's but I believe they made my food taste better , always hungry after watching you cook lol

    I was never good at scrambled eggs. Definitely edible, but I like mine not runny, but just cooked. Then I started doing a variation of Gordon Ramsay's eggs. My go to method now. Takes a little longer, but so delicious to me. Also, I've bulk made breakfast burritos with sausage, egg, cheese, and a swipe of cream cheese on the tortilla. And froze them. Great for a quick breakfast. Just a quick heat in chef mike in the morning. Even quicker if I remember to put them in the fridge the night before. I'll have to try the waffle maker for sandwiches.
