Hello Ravneet. I baked this cake yesterday and my husband loved it. Although I have a few queries regarding the same.
U added only 2 tbsp of water in the batter ad it had become thick. But I had to add 8-10 tbsp as my batter was very thick.
I did not use powdered jaggery. I used the regular jaggery instead. Is that ok?
Also it took me about 1 hr to bake the cake. Why so?
