Do you put parchment paper in the silicone baking pan? Is the bake time the same for the whole egg batter in the silicone pan?
Thanks Nili I love your version over Maria's improvised oopsie /cloud bread from years ago… I love how it holds its shape. I have been adding 1/2t beef gelatin powder to the dry for a softer mouth-feel and chew; also, been adding 13g inulin powder too, it adds fiber. Thanks for you for all your trials and tribulations !
I love how the bread looks n is shape like a reg. bread where the sides don't sink in. The only problem is in Canada egg white powder is extremely expensive and the allulose is a whole other problem.

I can't afford a mixer so I tried the egg-white only bread using a hand mixer. It looked good up until I took it out of the oven and it shrunk and was very wet inside, didn't taste wonderful but I ate it anyway. I used the liquid carton egg-whites, not powder. Can you go through the pain showing that a hand mixer can work with your latest recipe? Thank you.

Sorry – even with the addition of the whole egg powder, it still tastes and feels like mattress foam. Horrible.
