I do exactly the same thing rocket crack it all the way around pinch off the bottom piece they’re on the fat end but then I take a teaspoon and wet it and you can run it around that egg and loosen the entire shell and it’ll pop right off then always work works most times I’ll take most times try it

I learn so much from you, today it was eggs. I knew a lot of the basics but I didn’t know about the need to wash eggs in warm water. I’m not missing any of your videos about cooking. Who knows what more I can learn, lol.

Love me some deviled eggs. I just use a regular pot. Bring it to a bowl with the lid. Turn it off and remove from heat and let stand for about 20 to 23 minutes. (I WISH I had room for an Instant Pot) Pealing real fresh eggs is a pain in the rump! As soon as I take them out of the pan I give each one a crack and put them in the freezer for 5 or so minutes. They peel much easier for me. But, as you said, it''s never perfect. If it's for someone else's party I try and make them perfect. But, if not, I don't care. But, messed up ones make great SNACKS!!! 😁 I love that you do this for those that don't know. There's a lot of people that can't boil water these days. Thanks for being part of the solution. LOL Much love and God bless!!

I bought some droppers. I think about 1 oz. They would work good for this, icing cookies, my grandson likes them for experiments. There seems to always be some new use for them.

Thanks for doing this. I think you handled measuring really well especially the Mayo that it didn't have to be exact. I have never use powdered in my eggs always prepared mustard. Going to have to give it a try.

How much water did you add? It takes some water in the pressure cooker to make it work. I watched that part twice thinking I had missed that essential step. Pressure cooker steamed eggs has been my preferred cooking method for eggs since purchasing my Instant Pot electric pressure several years ago.

I use my instant pot for eggs also, after releasing the steam, I open the lid and pour some cold water and ice … 10-15 min in ice bath and the eggs peel SO EASY , hope you try it ❤
