    Many, many, many trips to Korea in the late 80’s the again in the mid 90’s. Always exercises going on there.
    They smell of folks fermenting Kim-she is I unreal. Each house would have a clay pot sitting outside just a brewing away. Some of the spice levels were off the chart.
    That’s a smell you just never quiet forget. Very pungent.

    Neoguri, black shin, shrimp wonton soup (from Costco), tonkatsu from Costco… also get some garlic chili crisp oil and put that as a ramen condiment… may be sacrilegious because Japanese have togarashi but the oil imparts a lot more flavor and aroma.

    Hey sir! Love the everyday uploads! Top top for the ramen vids, drain 1/3 to 2/3’s of the water before adding the flavour packs. Absolutely intensifies the flavour, but it’s the clutch move!
