    I hate that stickiness also. I went online to figure it out, as this was happening on some of my breads as well as the buns. I came across an article that says (even if using all egg white protein powder), that once done, turn off oven, prop the door open with a towel and let cool in the oven. As it is chilling in the oven, any moisture that escapes evaporates while in the oven. Then with my buns, last time I left them out on the counter for several hours before putting them in a bag, or container for storage. So far this has worked for me.

    I have a Nespresso next, which I love because I can use different size of capsules. I ended up giving away all my other coffee making devices, however, I do find myself buying cold brew every now and then. I live in the desert so some mornings I just don’t want hot, nor do I want to water it down with ice.
