I don't eat exactly chazuke but i just add any kind of piping hot tea to rice and eat it plain, the only word i use to describe it is beautiful 🙂 The taste is like heaven.
Taashi is my little sisters second name (it's pronounced like thashi)
Ochazuke is what my mom makes for me when I’m sick. It’s great to eat super basic like hot water, rice, nori, shake, and ume
So, where is the salmon skin?
And I love my chicken noodle soup song of Jhope as well.
I saw this in xxxholic
This reminds me of food war😂
So what's the meaning of making the rice as a Triangle
It’s Atsushi’s favorite food in bungo stray dogs
What did you do to that salmon?????
I wish we had such perfectly portioned cooked salmon here 😢
i never knew chazuke existed until i watched an anime with the main character eating it and since then, i always wondered how it would actually taste.
Atsushi vibes. THATS THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MIND (He's the mc from bungou stray dogs)
Huh, I'll have to try green tea over rice. I can't even imagine what that tastes like.
This sounds perfect for a chilly day or when you don't feel good. Any brand of dashi?
bruh you need new bgm
I need thisss
bgm is: superstar – sharou
most of his bgm is becoming sharous so if you dont recognise a song its probably something by sharou

When you said chazuke, i remembered atsushi from bsd eating 30 bowls of it in the first ep
Just imagined myself eating this in my own future room at night and it was comforting as hell. Nice dish, dude 🙂
If you don’t have salmon, canned/pouch tuna taste amazing with it too 🙂 ❤

Chazuke is actually pretty helpful if you're dealing with an oversalted rice/dish ! The bitterness of a strongly brewed green tea helps a lot
when i heard chazuke the first thing that came up to my mind was that one scene of Atsushi eating that
I like my ochazuke with just furikake or umeboshi. I only use green tea, never dashi.
