    *Some mushrooms, including the most common ones, ( the "regular" button / crimini ) contain strong cancer- causing compounds. These are rendered safe by cooking. Do NOT eat mushrooms raw. Unless you know for sure, it's a type that's needs no cooking ๐Ÿ‘

    Thank you Dr Berg for this video and the information on mushrooms ๐Ÿ„. As with other plant foods, will the mushrooms lose some nutrients after they are cooked? I have eaten raw in a salad but prefer cooked shrooms. ๐Ÿค—

    Please elaborate on the seemingly conflicting benefit of consuming Cordyceps mushrooms/fungus versus the parasitic nature of them for the growths to paralyze and consume/take over the insides of small creatures. It seems like madness to eat something like this!! And yes, obviously we are not the same biologically as insects.

    So how do I balance a diet for both GERD and fatty liver? One I am supposed to eat 6 small meals a day while the other I am supposed to do a keto diet? All this just gets me frustrated especially since most of what you say makes sense.
    Covid has really screwed me from a healthy person to a sick on.
