    I’m recently trying to get in better health. I’m 38 and a dad of 3 and need to get healthier. Things in the past that really helped energize me were healthy smoothies made with the nutribullet and the total gym. I’m getting a total gym again in the next week or so. I watch you with my wife sometimes. She isn’t heavy but anymore due to bariatric surgery, and healthy eating and exercise she’s kept it down. So I’m always looking for good advice myself.

    Jenn for safety do not lock your crockpot while cooking. According to the instructions the pressure can build up and explode. The locks are for when you are transporting the food. Just want you to be safe😊.
