I have been researching the challenge of gluten free wontons for months. My daughter's favourite soup is shrimp wonton soup and I have a brilliant recipe. However, she was recently diagnosed as celiac and I have been looking everywhere for a recipe to use. Her birthday dinner is coming up very soon and I came across this recipe. i love the concept. I have a couple of questions though? Can I make these ahead of time? Do they freeze well? How do I re-heat. How do I serve?
Any recommendation to replace the ground pork? Will lamb work?
And I can't buy them or orderer them where I am living……

maybe you can use Corn Starch or Katakuriko flour to use as glue.
