Key thing to note is that I exercised daily for months, but my issue was the struggle with my calorie intake. It was just impossible for me to eat less. It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise.
