    You're really amazing. It's so sweet when you start getting rid of that unwanted weight. I lost 42 pounds in less than 3 months and have kept it off since then. Key thing to note is that I exercised daily for months, but my issue was the struggle with my calorie intake. It was just impossible for me to eat less. It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise.     I’ve really enjoyed following you over the last couple years. The quality of your videos have been outstanding however lately I’ve noticed just a thin strip of the video with the side’s being blurred out.
