Now we are about to start the 4th quarter and I am still teaching. What are you eating on Starch Solution? Leave a comment below with your thoughts. Shout out to all my teachers peeps! I appreciate everyone who watches. -Joey

It all looks lovely. Not a criticism at all just an observation. I notice all your meals from thus day are very bready and dry type ingredients except the bit of salad. Do you notice you weight loss is good on weeks when you have allot of more dehydrating rather than hydrating food? Lol we have. a yonanas……….somewhere!!!

Joey z you just made me really think about Greens. I watch these other videos where they make salads a REALLY big deal and honestly they make it daunting. You're right, you just need to to get some greens in ya! Thanks! Everything in this video looks wonderful.

Oh my God – you know Nini Girl?????? I love Nini Girl. She was the very first person I watched when I wanted to go WFPB. I loved her channel. She hasn't posted very much stuff lately though. I'll have to check her channel out and see if she's putting anything up. Oh, and your food was lovely. Gotta try out those Pita Pizzas. What a cool idea.

I worked in restaurants during my 20s and my first job was making salads and sandwiches in the kitchen. I had to add avocado to a salad and had Never had one, so I cut it while holding, the knife slipped off the seed and sliced deeply across my hand. Blood was everywhere, it was not a pretty sight, and we had to shut the kitchen down for an hour 🙈 I never cut them like that again! You reminded me of that when you were talking bout cutting avocados 😂

I really like the idea of the BBQ pizzas. I think the hubby will love them, but for mine I'd leave the pineapple off (🤢😆) and maybe put tempeh instead. Thanks for the recipes!
P.S. Never heard of Yonanas before but now I must have one!

I like the pita pizza idea. I buy pitas occasionally, but they would be good to have in the freezer for one of "those" days. Thank you, my friend.

Beautiful pancakes. I too always eat mine with walnuts and maple syrup. I just ordered the Yo Nana Priness from Amazon Italy. I hope it's good enough, because the other models were way more expensive.
