I’m still fairly new to IP (since 11/18). I’m learning real fast thanks to YT. Out of all the videos & websites for IP recipes, I like yours the best. I think I’ve told you this in a previous comment (oh, well). It drives me nuts when I have to sit & write, pause, rewind, pause … etc. Some people put the recipe in the video notes but you still have to write it. The 1st time I heard you mention your website I was thrilled when I discovered all your recipes with the print option. I’ll have to get a binder to organize them & if they get dirty, I’ll print another!
I just visited the link you provided and am amazed at how much work you put into this. I've had my Instant Pot for a nearly two weeks and have made three meals and boiled some eggs. I'm looking forward to using recipes you provide on 365daysofcookingcrockpot.com. This device saves so much time with such little mess. Thanks for all you do, you and other sites make using the Instant Pot easy for a beginner.
