This is sort of insulting that this is titled "Wagamama Style Ramen", when they don't have a specific style and Ramen exists outside one British franchise chain… then also when you was talking about the broth typically used for Ramen, you mentioned beef yet that's rarely ever used for Ramen broths and you forgot the most common meat for ramen broths, pork and more specifically pork bones for the Tonkotsu broth. Ramen broths are almost always a Pork or Chicken base flavoured with fish, be it tuna in the form of katsuobushi flakes, sardines with niboshi and shitake mushrooms along with kelp. This video doesn't hit the mark, just wish you did some more research and came up with a better title. Hope you do better next time

I would love to see some Bao Buns made with different fillings (as someone who is allergic to pork, I cannot eat the standard Bao Bun 😢 ) I have had a desert style type, made with lotus paste – very delicious!!

What is an “egg mayo” sandwich? Is it sliced eggs with mayo smeared on the bread? Or is it like egg salad in the USA (diced/chopped eggs with mayo, all mixed together)?
