    I came to this video and was like, your face looks so familiar. You and I went to MCHS @ DTCC together. Hahaha, I went vegan in 2018. I am currently a "recovering vegan" LOL. Couldn't afford the diet while back in grad school but I am def. getting back to this plant-based life now that I am a grad. Glad to see things are good on your end. Cheers!

    That looks so good! I love greens. Like “crave it at lest 3-4 times/week” kind of love.💚💚💚 Though I’ve never heard of putting sugar in greens. How does it influence the flavor?

    I’ve been making my greens vegan now for a few years, my family isn’t vegan only I am and i got sick of making 2 pots of greens 🤔, so I veganized it, and I make a side pot of the meat that non-vegans put in the pot for my husband so he can still have his meat on his greens even though there is meat to go with the whole dinner 🙄. However, I use the liquid smoke as well but I know using so much of it isn’t good, so I substitute smoked paprika & a lil bit of hickory smoked salt ( just a bit because it’s still salt, so you have to be careful with that) in mine sometimes to achieve the flavor of my regular greens 🥬! Comes out the same!
