    Thank you. I tried making Vegan version of Ras Malai used Soy for Chena(Tikki Or balls) part and cashew and almond for the creamy Ras wala part. The taste is awesome, everyone loved it, however the tikkies aren't soft and they don't absorb Ras. Please share your experience and suggestions for making the tikkis Or balls soft and spongy.

    I am a big fan of peepal farm.
    I too try to help every animal in my local area, I am vegan too.

    PROBLEM==>

    I have observed that people can easily become vegeterian but being vegan is not easy for everyone. Main two reasons are economic feasibility and time consumption.
    Next thing is that dairy has become inseparable part of us. If anyone tries to separate themselves from dairy, they are automatically separated several spheres.

    SOLUTION==>

    I request Peepal farm to consider bioengineered milk obtained from microbes which remains chemically same, same in taste. Also, it can be modified as per the need of user.

    Either you can invite volunteers for bioengineering or ask 'Perfect Day' which is Indian brand founded by Ryan Pandya and Perumal Gandhi. Similar brand 'Remilk' is also working in Israel doing same thing.
    We all will be very happy to promote and invest on such substitute.
    Soy milk and almond milk are neither that much feasible nor sustainable.
    We need substitute like this.
