    Starch water from pasta is also super good for thickening/making a creamy sauce. Worth putting some of the pasta water in the sauce and cooking it down, or actually cooking the pasta in the sauce (adding water to compensate as it cools down)

    I put a spin on your creamy pasta recipe and made it my version of a pancit bihon, a celebratory filipino noodle dish. I added shredded carrots and spinach, with the traditional bihon noodles, and used your sauce recipe! I also traded in the oat milk for almond milk, which did not deduce the creaminess! Thank you for sharing! It was delicious 🙂

    Such original ideas! I love the fusion flavours, with the tamari and miso in pasta dishes. Right up my culinary alley 😁

    Also, just wanted to say that I've stopped doing the horizontal cuts in the onion chopping and i honestly don't see a difference in chunk size 🙈
