MOO GOO GAIN PAN – Never tried it. I've seen people order it; it just looked to bland to me. Did the Curls stay soft or get crispy? I noticed you dusted them with cornstarch. Since trying to find recipes to meet hubby's preference and bite, I tried the Butler Curls in a huge roll-up sandwich. Following your procedure to re-hydrate, then coated with just enough BBQ Sauce; then Air Fried until crispy and some char. Put them in a roll-up with pinto beans, his favorite veggies, and some salsa, and he swore it was BBQ Chicken Breast. So, we're coming along. I'll have to give this a try, if the chicken comes out firm.

Thanks for the video Debi, Looks delicious, and I usually use soya chunks as a replacement for meat. I was wondering if the moo goo recipe traditionally calls for onion, I would assume it’s optional, I was just curious what your thoughts were on that, cause it seems like onion would also be tasty. Also, I wonder if the Napa cabbage is any different that regular cabbage, cause I want to make this and I just have the regular cabbage….Anyway, I just wanted to let folks know If anyone can’t get soya curls for any reason, and has a Patel Brothers store nearby, they sell SWAD or Nutrella brand soya chunks that are very similar to soya curls. They need to be rehydrated and squeezed out the same. They are very affordable and made with soybeans.
