    I appreciate your enthusiasm and simple menus. I do think I could easily eat twice the size of your portions, though. When you say you can only eat half the pot of food or whatever it is… do you just not have a big appetite?

    Made the sloppy joes!
    Delicious. It took a bit longer than twenty minutes on the stove top. I served it over baked potatoes last night. Today for lunch I had it with brown rice. Definitely putting this in my meal rotation. Thank you.

    I love sweet potato for breakfast, but never thought to put banana and peanut butter on it. Usually have sauteed mushroom, articoke an spinach with it. Oil free of course. The sloppy joes look fantastic. Definitely having that for dinner. Thank you.
