    I was prepping a sweet potato pie recipe in a Forks Over Knives publication this morning. I was going to put nonstarchy veggies on the side tonight, or make a side salad. But after watching your video, I pulled out frozen veggies like yours. I baked the (sort of) crust as outlined in FOK recipe, then layered veggies, followed by sweet potato mixture on top. It will be an interesting dinner with the sweetness of the starch and the seasonings I followed from the FOK recipe. I may not like it as I prepared it but I will have ideas to improve it based on your video. Thank you. Perfect timing this morning.

    I have never seen Shepherds pie made with the gravy on top, it is always mixed in with the veg. But that is the wonderful thing about cooking at home, you can be creative and have it your way. Thanks Brit for the recipes

    We have never used miso, actually thought was high in sodium ?
    I will compare with liquid amino and use the one lower in sodium.
