    Trini in da house… loved that you cleaned that chicken. When I first started watching recipes on YouTube I was shocked that ppl didn't wash their meats. Same as you…wash the meat, clean the sink and counter immediately 👌 😌 appreciation from 🇹🇹

    I tried this recipe today. I am sitting at my counter with an empty plate in front of me. It was delicious! I had never made a green sauce before or cleaned my chicken with such purpose, but I followed your instructions to a "T". The backbone was the best part for sure. My family loved it too. The char on the skin, the juices on the pan, and the tenderness of the chicken made this recipe scrumptious! How do you usually serve this chicken?

    Caribbean people on the whole don't make joke with washing their meat properly with lime, vinegar, flour etc..
    Washing the meat with flour if you don't have lime works great as well. It helps get rid of alot of the slime and fat from the meat.
