I love that statement- and can shake hands on being a "spice wimp". That's a #metoo here Karen. I'd not heard of the hominy (corn). I just googled it and there appears to be a Mexican Specialist online store here in NL. The only thing is I'd have to purchase 3 kg! The soup/stew looks delicious I'd love. ago and I do have a pressure cooker. I will save this for Autumn as we are now moving into more summery meals. Lovely share. 🤩 🇳🇿. 🙋‍♀️ 🇳🇱

Hi Karen! I love pozole, I hate hominy but I can eat it in pozole weirdly enough. It’s a great hangover dish too! This recipe looks amazing my friend, Thanks for sharing! 😎👍

Oh very cool to see an Instant Pot recipe from you Karen, you should totally do more! omg haha a spice wimp! Well I like the heat so I may just add some more, but not everything has to be spicy! Flavour is king for sure! I love the pork here, I don't cook it often enough but that really looks so incredible! Awesome recipe, totally making my tummy growl!

Good morning Karen; you brought back wonderful memories of my Grandmother making this dish for Sunday dinner. I come from a very traditional Mexican family where everyone gathered for Sunday dinners. Thank you so much for making this soup; I loved it! Stay safe my friend and see you on the next cooking adventure!
