    I started prepping potatoes and rice when I started watching your channel. It 100% cuts down on time! I'm eating healthier because of it. The air fryer really helps too. We eat a lot of oil free air fries now. I'm working on getting my kid to like healthier stuff too. He's 3 and he hasn't had a single cold. I'm told that he will have more when he starts school, but I'm hoping to help him build a healthy immune system with all of the plant foods. Thanks for your video. You truly do inspire me to eat better. 🙂

    I would hate to prep cooked rice.
    Once it’s been in the fridge for a length of time it’s always so hard due to how moist it is when it’s first cooked.

    How does anyone keep it from drying out and being hard once it’s been cooked then cooled in a fridge?
